With a monthly membership, you'll receive ONE 50 minute service each month along with a complimentary enhancement. With a prepaid package of 6 sessions, sessions can be used at your convenience for up to 6 months from the date of purchase. *Memberships and packages are location specific and are not transferable across locations.

Location Restrictions: Memberships are location specific. Services must be rendered at the location at which the membership was purchased. No exceptions.
Billing & Payments: Membership fees are billed automatically each month on the original sign-up date. A valid payment method must be kept on file. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits.
Benefits: One 50 minute massage or facial per month with one free enhancement per session. A savings of up to $50 per session.
Minimum Commitment: A minimum commitment of 6 months is required upon enrollment. Early cancellation before this period may result in a cancellation fee of $50.
Rollover: Unused monthly membership benefits roll over for up to 3 months before they expire. scheduled in advance. Members are encouraged to book early to secure preferred times.
Cancellation or No-Show Policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of that month's service.
Membership Cancellation: Must email to request a cancellation form; cancellation is valid once the form is processed before the next billing cycle.
Nonrefundable: Monthly fees cannot be refunded or transferred.
Code of Conduct: Members are expected to maintain respectful behavior toward staff and other clients. The spa reserves the right to terminate membership for inappropriate conduct without refund.
Liability Waiver: Members agree to inform staff of any medical conditions or concerns prior to services. The spa is not responsible for adverse reactions when such information is withheld.
Appointment Policy: Appointments are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance. No walk-in appointments. Members are encouraged to book early to secure preferred times.
Transferability: Membership benefits are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member and at the location of purchase unless otherwise approved by management.
